No, this is not an insurance plan. Our discount plan provides you with 25% off most dental procedures. You will pay the discounted price at the time services are received.

Yes.  Patients can apply for CareCredit when using the Peak $avings Plan.

Yes, the Peak $avings Plan is a valuable way to help fill benefit gaps, providing additional savings after you've reached your annual maximum with your dental insurance plan. Once you exceed your maximum insurance benefits for the year, you can switch from your dental insurance to the Peak $avings Plan discount.

No, the Peak $avings Plan cannot be combined with any discounts, including in-house promotions and deals.

Renewals will be charged annually on the 1st of the effective month for the member. Members will receive a mailed notice 30 days in advance reminding them of the automatic renewal.

Members will call Peak $avings Plan's dedicated line (877-839-9933) where a customer service representative will make the change and charge their card the difference.

No, as the tiered-level purchase is not shown on the ID card.

Remove their insurance type and replace it with the Peak $avings Plan.

Yes.  The plan must be purchased in the office.
